A good place to start is the Universal Jobmatch — where you can look for jobs in your area, and you can search Google for jobs, too.
Careers Wales also has lots of handy stuff about getting a job and being employed, and you can call them to get in touch with a careers advisor. They also have some great advice on how to build a CV.
The Princes Trust has some information on interviews, it can be a nervous experience for some going for an interview, so its better to be prepared.
